Very cool place

Very cool place to go and walk around. Lots of shops to see and places to eat. We'll be going back. Parking is kind of a pain, but they do have a couple parking lots.

It's a nice mixture of shops and restaurants. Only a couple of blocks long. I would loop out further into the canal area and out by the beach to make the walk worthwhile. Otherwise, nothing new on Front street itself that are not in other tourist downtown areas.

Shopping, restaurants, a theater, cafes and a beachfront a block away.... I love strolling down Front Street with a sweet cherry tea in hand from Cherry Republic while I pop in and out of shops. Lunch at Amical and picking up a book at Horizon before strolling across the street to Clinch Park summarizes a perfect afternoon!! <3

I'm not sure why this street is so popular and among the first things to do in the area, when you can spend your time wisely somewhere else, such as visiting the wineries or having a nice stroll alongside the lake. Not sure if I blame the experience to the fact that it was cold the day we visited during... More

raining! The rest of your vacation should be spent swimming. Having said that, I love this town and it has transformed into an interesting shopping area. Don't miss the Cherry Republic, for everything cherry, cherry wine anyone? If you want beer, there is a brewery, if you want food, there are restaurants, clothing, shoes, movies, ice cream, Front Street has... More

It is a cute little town with lots of shops, but nothing spectacular. The best part was going to Kilwin's Ice Cream. Definitely the best ice cream around!

Having been to Front Street twice during the day and enjoying the stores and shopping, I was looking forward to the "Friday Night Fun" mentioned in a previous review. My husband and I headed out around 8:30 p.m. on a Friday night only to find that at 9:00 the vendors packed up their wares and disappeared. So beware! If you... More

We went to Front Street for dinner and there happened to be a street fair. Good food, shopping and fun! Easy parking at parking garage. ($1 per hour; or $6 for event parking.)

We enjoyed strolling along Front Street doing some window shopping. Several decent restaurants and a movie theater, too!

Always enjoy visiting downtown TC. Plenty to see and do. Shopping, restaurants, microbreweries, movie theater all near the beach and the beautiful traverse bay
