This winery has a beautiful setting and great staff. It was hard to enjoy the wine while fighting off the fruit flies. The server said there was nothing they could do about them and they weren't too bad the day we were there. The other wineries we visited did not have this problem. The $3 tasting fee is deducted from... More

Another winner thanks to members on Trip Advisor and reviews. The views are beautiful while your enjoying your wine. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I just had to get a souvenir glass to remember such a good time. It was fun to try the Cherry dessert wine Cerise so fun. And you can pair it with dark chocolate......sold!

The outdoor seating of this place is great. It is very spacious and you are looking to a great view. The tasting room has very friendly staff. We had really great time over here. It is 3 dollars for 6 tasting, but if you get the bottle of wine then the 3 dollars is credited to the purchasing. We really... More

Yes it's a Winery, and a good one. Nice sensory tour tasting, very interesting and informative. Brian hosted the tour and was fun and friendly. We all enjoyed it. Not to mention the wine, oh did I say wine. If you like White Wine and sweet. The Nice White is awesome, we had to go back two days later to... More

I love this place! It's beautiful, European like and scenic. The views are breathtaking and the wine tasting room is great. I love that I can try most of their wines for a reasonable price and use my tasting fee towards a purchase. The staff I have encountered are always nice and knowledgeable. The outdoor seating area is a great... More

We had a great time tasting wines then enjoying a glass or two on their large outdoor patio with vineyard and panoramic lake views. The tasting was fun creating your own flight of samples and the ambiance was relaxing. We purchased two bottles whereby our tasting fee was discounted from the wine purchase. While we were there for the wine,... More

Take a drive out Center Road from Traverse City to enjoy a great taste and vision treat on the Peninsula. We had a marvelous dinner at the winery. The fixed menu 7 course meal was accompanied by good wine pairings for each course. There were two sparkling wines, a Pinot Noir, a Dry Riesling, Pinot Gris or Chardonnay (depending on... More

We just visited this winery today - we traveled from Glen Arbor, MI and it was definitely worth the drive up the Mission Peninisula, passing other wineries along the way. This winery is situated high atop a bluff and boasts a beautiful 360-degree view of both bays from its rooftop patio. There is a wide variety of wines to taste,... More

If you are heading to see the Old Mission light house that is north of Traverse City then stop a the Chateau Chantal winery. They even have a bed and breakfast on site if you want something a bit different. They have a very nice wine tasting room which for $3 you can taste 6 wines. Save the receipt if... More
