The local Rotary Club took this little peninsula of land near the right on the St. Mary's River (near the Sugar Island ferry) and made a lovely little park. Sparse play equipment but nice for the kids and a picnic. Also, there is a fish pond for the kids on the river.

This is a free park and a good opportunity for the kids to run off some energy. You can see some freighters go by on their way to or from The Soo. On a crowded day you may need to park before you get to the bridge. There's plenty of parking before the actual park, but it's somewhat limited within...
