My son is five and the Airzoo is by far his favorite place to visit. It's a no brainer for me because I love anyplace I can take him that is fun and educational. The flight simulators are insane. You truly do feel like you are flying! With the mix of rides, changing exhibits, and simulators - it's a different... More

There is something at the Air Zoo for every member of the family. It's the first place we take out of town visitors. We've been there for a wedding reception and other special events, as well. Easy to get to, the Air Zoo is just off I-94 at the Portage Road exit. There is plenty of convenient free parking. Check... More

I visited this museum twice in 5 years. Both times spend the night as part of a scout lock-in. The museum has a great mixture of newer and older planes as well as a section devoted to the history of space travel. There are very friendly and knowledgeable tour guides on site that can answer almost any question about any... More

My family and I have gone to the Air Zoo several times. Of course, for young kids, the "rides" are a great draw. For adults, there is so much history and information here. Not only are there many airplanes, a few simulators, some 3D attractions and a snack bar, there are exhibits with wonderful history on all the wars including... More

They were short staffed so restaurant was closed a lot and some rides shut down. Poor planning for a President's day when kids were off school. Very disappointed.

Liked all the older planes and also the many rides for kids. Good selection of things to do for young and old.

We visited the Air Zoo on New Year's Day with our 2 year old. I wasn't sure how long he would want to stay, but he ended up really enjoying it. Neither my husband or I is very interested interested the aircrafts, but it was fun to walk around and see the different planes and their sizes. We would have... More

Great facility. Might seem pricey, but I find it a good value if you can take in all it has to offer. See planes, read history behind them. Explore exhibits. Make sure to visit East campus. Generally the facility is not crowded. Place is immaculate. My son who is 7 loves it and we have great conversations about what it... More

It has a very good collection of aircrafts. Do read the history behind them. The 4D show is good too. The main museum is good for kids looking for entertaining rides. I would recommend adults to visit the east campus. It has a few more aircrafts and a restoration workshop.
