We were able to enjoy the lovely view from the bridge while in line coming back to MI from our vacation in Canada. Having so much to look at makes the wait seem a bit more pleasant. Gives you more time to appreciate the beauty.

While in line to cross the border into Canada, we were afforded beautiful views of Lake Huron from very high up. Made the trip across more interesting.

Went under it and over it and it really quite a sight to see. The current under the bridge is quite fast yet there always seems to be people jumping in (on the Canadian side) from the lookout and being carried (sort of swimming) downstream where they get out and climb up the rocks to do it over again.

We can believe it's pretty and an interesting traverse across the St Clair River. But try it for an hour and a half stuck in a single car lane on the Canadian side at the toll booth. Nothing is moving and the bridge is seemingly clear except for trucks and special pass vehicles speeding across. When you do get over... More

We enjoy picking up a carryout from Palms Krystal Bar & Restaurant and having a picnic in the shade from the bridge. The view of the river with the boats and across to Canada is very nice. Bring your binoculars and watch the teens jumping or diving into the river for a short swim before climbing the rocks to do... More

The bridges are no doubt the showpiece of Port Huron and Sarnia. The view from up top is fantastic. The border entry into the US is always full of drama. The last trip the guard was fascinated with my dash cam. He then told me to leave it off or put it away as it wasn't cool to record our... More

I live in this town so I know the ins and outs. How can I say anything bad? I stay at this hotel for pleasure, use to stay for work before I moved here.

We traveled to Canada using the Blue water bridge. The entry went smoothly with little line or waiting. The traffic on the bridge was not bad at all. We were able to get to our hotel right after crossing.

Since we moved to the southwest 10 years ago we have seen many changes in the way we are able to cross the border. There has been a significant amount of investment in the Blue Water Bridge and the new plazas. The second week of July I wanted to go to lunch at Purdy's in Sarnia on The St. Clair... More

Crossed to Ontario at noon and came back on Monday about 3...still waited an hour. Not too efficient. Pretty view on the top. Loved watching the freighters while we waited.
