This place is absolutely gorgeous to visit in the summertime, weather was excellent. It's a bit of a drive from the LP to The UP but so worth the trip. Not only are the falls and surrounding scenery just a wonder to explore they have one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in MI. The Tahquamenon Falls restaurant... More

We went winter camping at the falls state park. There is electricity and water is available at the well house. The restrooms are closed, but the outhouse was open. It was very quiet, since we were the only campers. The Upper Falls are open to park and walk to. Pathway is clear. Overall a very amazing experience!

I recently made my first trip to the falls this past summer and I wasn't disappointed! Beautiful park with a minimum of effort to see the falls.

Great for family photos. Many steps down so if you have physical disability, you may want to know that. Great for families!

This past fall we went the the upper and lower falls and the beauty and magic of the falls were in full bloom. The fall colors lay a back drop for this magical place. It's what I would call a mini Niagara Falls. The balance of nature and man made trails blend nicely. The trails were as if they were... More

This place is a year-round favorite. Plan enough time to hike around a bit and visit both sets of falls. A few hours is good, but a day or two to explore is better. Don't forget to visit the pub!

The lower and upper falls are impressive. The nature walks are also beautiful. Well worth a visit to each and take the nature walks. A must see in the UP. Well worth the visit and nothing but natural scenery on the way to the falls.

We hiked from lower to upper falls on July 4th, then shuttled with a friendly driver back to our car in the lower lot. Rowboat rental was great fun on the prior day, and gave the kids a different experience. Not too crowded, so we were able to take great family photos. Awesome place to visit!

Wonderful trip! Went two-tracking all over in our Jeep Cherokee sport and explored the area. The rustic campground was in great condition, with a spectacular view. Absolutely will be returning to Tahquamenon Falls State Park.
