My sister and I love dairy products and wanted to tour a working dairy during our recent vacation through Michigan, so were happy to find out about this place. We arrived for the 2:30 farm tour which lasted a little more than an hour and cost $7.00. The tour started with a film about the history and philosophy of the... More

The line was long even on a cloudy Friday. It did move fast and there were so many ice cream choices. We had a 2 and a 3 year old with us so it was a challenge to keep little hands off the toys that lined the walls as we waited in line. A little to challenging for small children... More

The farm is excellent but the cafe is just blah. My biggest issue is that I ordered a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for my 6 year old son which cost $4.95 and I got a Smuckers Uncrustables! It did not note this on the menu at all. I can buy 6 of these for the price I paid for... More

this isn't haute cuisine. It is a local successful working dairy with a good restaurant. Comfort food. Unlimited milk, btw. Very old fashioned and wholesome place, good for entire family. You order at a counter. They bring your food. No wait staff otherwise. Surprisingly updated casual food - a few wraps, pizza, good burgers, nachos. Didn't try the milk. I... More

Took kids yesterday. The tour was informative yet fun. The kids enjoyed petting the baby calves and loved the samples of cheese curds and chocolate milk at the end. We had cheese stuffed crust pizza for lunch which was amazing and indulged with delicious ice cream for dessert. They have indoor and outdoor seating and a playground for kids. We... More

This popular spot is a must do if you're in the are. The ice cream is amazing, and the burger is one of the best I've ever had. Make sure you stop to pet the cows!

This nearly-organic working dairy has 1,400 cows and 4,000+ farm acres. The tour of their facilities is great for exposing kids to where food really comes from. You'll enjoy it too. People there are friendly and helpful.

The stuffed crust pizza is made with their own cheese curds and is always tasty. The panini sandwiches are also a favorite. Don't forget some ice cream and their chocolate milk is like a dessert.

Touring the dairy farm is a great experience for kids and adults. Our guide did a wonderful job of explaining the process and sharing some interesting facts. The ice cream is delicious and includes very generous ingredients like chocolate chips and nuts.
