We had a great time. The wrecks were fascinating and the crew provided a fine commentary. The captain was quite skillful at placing us over the wrecks and then tracking along them or across the debris field. Beautiful area to see even without the wrecks - forested shores, beaches, reefs, a lighthouse, limestone cliffs, and we saw two Bald Eagles. And... More

The shipwrecks were amazing to see, bringing to life what it must have been like when they went down. The guide was very knowledgeable about the ships and their histories and was enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge. The captain did an amazing job of inching the boat exactly where the guide wanted it so he could point out interesting details.... More

Got a tour of the bay in addition to seeing the shipwrecks. They make sure everyone has a chance to see the shipwrecks. How else can you see shipwrecks and they give history of the ships

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our trip was cut short due to weather on Lake Superior but we were able to see one wreck and the lighthouse before turning back. They even gave us half our money back. Even though it was shortened, our young kids really enjoyed the trip. Would definitely rec. this company and this tour

This was a great tour of the local wrecks. The best part was that it kept the kids interested. The first wreck was a full ship, so you could view the entire foot print of the ship. The other ships were debris piles, but I was excited to go on the tour and hear the history of the shipping.

PROS: ample parking; nice gift shop – the building is a replica of the East Grand Island Lighthouse; reasonable prices in gift shop; ample room in boat- everyone had the time to see the wrecks ; great first wreck – the other 2 were so-so; 2 hour trip made palatable by good speakers from the captain and the narrator; clear... Great boat tour, really enjoyed the sites. Fun for all ages!!! The waters were a little choppy, but definitely worth the $32 /adult.

Great tour of a few shipwrecks, east channel lighthouse, and mighty superior. Prices are a bit high, but it is a great time. Friendly guides. Seats are comfortable. Bring sunscreen!

It was fun to learn about the history of the shipwrecks, but I'm not sure if it was worth the cost. I think if someone was going to spend the money I'd recommend the Pictured Rocks tour instead. Either way you can't beat the views out on the lake.
