This boat tour in Munising Bay is so cool! The captain maneuvers the boat over three shipwrecks that are very well preserved in the cold waters of Lake Superior. Everyone on board gets a chance to look through the viewing wells on the glass bottom boat and when you aren't looking underwater there are beautiful sites all around you. They... More

We have gone on this tour twice, seen different shipwrecks both times. It is amazing how clearly you can see the shipwrecks. This year our daughters were 7 and 12, both enjoyed the tour. Amazing views of Lake Superior and the surrounding islands along the way. Seeing an American Bald Eagle perched at the top of a tree made the... More

I was feeling sick during our trip but i am so glad we did this. it's the best way to see the rocks. We later went to the national part, but you can't see as much. It was beautiful doing the sunset tour and it went by really fast.

We went to Munising for the boat tours and this one lives up to the advertising. We went to three sites out on the water. The Captain and the narrator took the time to make sure that everyone got a chance to see and hear the full package. I think the look at the anchor alone was worth the small... More

This tour led us to views of varied shipwrecks which were clear to see through the cold water of Lake Superior. They give you ample time to look at and photograph the wrecks, making you wish you were a diver who could explore this underwater world. They provided knowledge of the different boats and of the circumstances that created the... More

Fun excursion to get out on the lake. So neat to see the shipwrecks with the glass bottom. Cpt made sure we all could see. Pointed out other points of interest along the way as well,

The personnel on the boat made this excursion a memorable one. Pepper greeted us and engaged in humorous conversation with our 6 year old as he walked down the dock. Captain Kate was personable and genuine, did a great job of calmly narrating as the boat was moving. Once we would arrive at a shipwreck, Pepper, did an outstanding job... More

I was unsure how much could actually be seen from the boat... wow! The water was very clear, and Captain Theresa did a superb job of drifting the boat over the 3 wrecks. The shoreline was stunningly beautiful as well. Best 2 hours of the entire vacation!

Had a good time! Captain Bill navigated with skill, Pepper kept the informative narration and the corny jokes going during the whole trip and even walked around and conversed with folks, at the conclusion of the tour, as the boat (Miss Munising) returned to the dock. It is obvious that these guys take great pride in doing their jobs well,... More

This long boat tour featured three Great Lakes shipwreck sites viewable from a glass bottom boat. The hard working women of the crew did a lot of people shuffling so that everyone could get all views and hear the stories of the wrecks. Hats off to them! It was a sunny day and there were many out on their kayaks,... More
