A different animals in the compound.... Its okay because they have a wide area for the animals, though much better in a mountain for them to have such freedom.
As it is free you can expect that the park is not well maintained, Comfort rooms REALLY needs a cleaning and the animals should be well taken care of. We do appreciate the gesture that we can come in for free.
One of the stops of the calesa tour in Vigan. There isn't much to see, just few caged animals but you can see sorrow and tiredness in their eyes. You could just skip this entirely. You can't expect much from a free zoo, right?
I like that there is no entrance fee but the care takers there ask for donation e.g. picture taking with parrots. I also like the big dinosaur statues and the free show where they showcase animals. There is an opportunity, however, to improve the place. But given the free entrance, I would say it's a good visit.
I went there in May 2013 and it was heartbreaking to see the living conditions where animals live in. The binturong or bearcat was living in a tiny cage and was so terrified and uneasy when people were looking at him. The tiger had such a small space to be in. The ponies look so thirsty and over worked. It... More
the Baluarte (farm) of the prominent Singson family is well maintained. they also have ponies ridden carriages to explore the whole area. It's best to visit the baluarte with a guide. We were lucky to have a tricycle driver who went in with us and told us stories about the baluarte and the Singsons as well. It's best to experience... More

It aims to protects and conserve endangered species and wildlife . Riding in a "tirubim" a small drawn carriage is quite an experience. The Butterfly Garden is also amazing. Interacting with the... Thanks to Mr. Singson because you can visit his baluarte for free. It's mini zoo cum park, Where children can have lots of fun. If you get thirsty, small stores are everywhere to quench your thirst. Even souvenir shops are situated in front.
Indeed only Dinosaurs are lacking! Its a very nice place where animals roam freely... not wild ones, but tame ones.. It is very comforting to see them sleep, rest, graze not kept in fences or cages... a great feeling... a great place to bring kids so they can appreciate animals this way. =)
I thought that this place was just like any other themed parks that are overrated. But boy was I wrong. The” tiburin” ride was truly an awesome experience though we only rode it for a while because I and my friend decided to take a stroll for healthier reasons. Besides, it’s a pity to see the small horses drawing the... More
