Description: Our Aim is to provide our guests an outdoor experience Lao jungle trek...
Our Aim is to provide our guests an outdoor experience Lao jungle trek, that is an exciting adventure as well as learning about the eco-systems and history of our beautiful environment. We specialize in offering nine different trekking experiences within the Nam Ha National Protected Area. Since 2007, our treks are based on join venture agreements with twelve local minority villages that allow us access to pristine areas of rainforest. No other company can offer access to these areas in the Nam Ha. Choosing our trekking service promotes both sustainable eco-tourism and supports our communities. This improves their standard of living thus retaining their unique culture and jungle homes. We are a warm and friendly team committed to offer the best service possible.

We booked the 'Authentic Lahu Experience' following the honest advice of Fabio, the friendly Brazilian running the jungle eco guide services. I was sceptical about how authentic the village would be, but Fabio delivered. First of all, the trek was amazing: a quite strenuous walk through dense jungle, after a short warm-up through a not so interesting village and ricefields.... More

We did a 3 day trek and had a great time, at a very reasonable price. The main downside was the fact that it rained in two of these three days, but that not this agency's fault and it couldn't have been predicted. The guides were nice and spoke decent English (we had two English-speaking guides and two local guides... More

We booked the Lahu authentic experience with Jungle Eco-Guide. The first day we climbed up the mountain to a Lahu village and stayed there overnight. The view and sunset were amazing. The second day we walked down again taking another road. The tour was well organized and the food was good. The guide Kong showed us different trees and things... More

Although we didn't book a tour with this organisation (we tried to but at the moment there was just not enough people), the representative, Fabio Saba, was very helpful in providing information. He knows a lot about the surroundings of Luang Namtha and although we couldn't do a tour with him, we saw some amazing scenery and beautiful secluded villages.... More

First of all, we arranged a one day jungle trekking with two visits to 2 different villages, we visited only 1 just in front of the jungle entry. During the visit (15') we didn't receive any cultural explanation, only amswering our questions. During the trekking, the guide was continuosly "demonstrating how superman he is" doing stupid and dangerpus things (cut... More

We booked a one day tour around and the driver drank beer with every friend he met when we stopped for sightseeings. I don't know how many glasses but it doesn't matter: there were children, dogs, water buffalos and chickens on the road. Lao people drive pretty bad. Even one glass of beer can mark the difference. He was supposed... More
