My sister lives in Grand Rapids and took me to Soaring Eagle. I was dissapointed in the service that you do not get. I sat for over an hour, before getting a small drink. Workers in all departments are not friendly. I tried the buffae, and there was really nothing there for the price they charge. Their comps that they... more

We have been going to Soaring Eagle for the past 5 years and I have to say that this is the first time that the payback on the slots sucked. I felt like my pockets were hoovered! The buffet has gone down hill also and so has customer service I was very disappointed in this trip! Next time I will... more

Attended the Brooks and Dunn concert at what they consider an amphitheater, someone should tell them that portable seating in an open field does not constitute an amphitheater. The show was rain or shine and of course it rained and there is no covering at all anywhere for patrons to be shielded from the rain, outdoor porta potties that you... more

Just three women going for a few days away. The hotel was really nice. The staff was very helpful with all are needs. We did not win any money at the casino but we always just take what we can afford to lose. I got a really nice shirt at the gift store using my comps built up on my... more

My husband and I visit the casino many times in the last 13 years, There have been many changes. The staff is inexcusably rude. Since the triple pay on Tuesdays in April, and the new deal with no premium pay until Tuesday a.m. the people coming into the casino are sitting and holding machines for up to two hours prior... more

I totally agree about the "tight slots". Didn't see anyone winning anything substantial....Paid the $$$ for the buffet and found it extremely disappointing. My wife and I left the buffet and ended up eating a couple of hot dogs from the small stands provided. Won't go back!!! more

Went for the match promotion. They changed the rules that were on the promotion so would only honor $100 from other casios. Spoke to managment and said that because i lived within 2 hrs away, would not honor more. I was a gold card member. Never offered a night. Would take between 500 and 1000 everytime I went. Slots have... more

We visited soaring eagle yesterday to cash in on the "match this" promotion. Right!! If you want to stand in line for 1-2 hours. Not! My husband and I each had $400 and we had to put in over half before we started seeing anything come back. We stayed a total of 3 hours and ended up losing everything. MY... more

I've had many visits to the Soaring Eagle over several years and I can honestly say I've seen the payouts on the slots get progressively worse. I'm a responsible gamer and know that's it's just for fun, but you don't see ppl winning like you used to. It wasn't all that uncommon a few years ago to walk away ahead... more
