Very disappointing. Accommodation was terrible, broken windows of our chalet was replaced with cardboard. it looks very delapitated. Reception Staff not too friendly. The restaurant is ok, but definitely not the best. Wouldn't stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 3 night camping. Staff very helpful and friendly. Trudie was specifically great.

After driving from Cape Town, Ai-Ais was a welcome stop. Road was abit rough in a sedan but we made it. Its beautiful to walk through the canyon and in the evening swim in the warm water pool. Camping is definitely the way to do it. When You leave go see the Canyon from above... breathtaking:)

Wow, what a beautiful setting. Very hot though, so don't go during summer. We thought we'll cool down in the "cold" pool outside but it just so happens that it was hotter than the one hot pool in the inside of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and the food are excellent and definitely value for money. Amazing road to... More

We went to Fish River Canyon -WHICH IS AWESOME- & spent 2 night at Ai-Ais on their B&B facility. After travelling into the area where there is nothing or no one, to arrive in this oasis is a pleasure! The whole infrastructure is fantastic, the food is fantastic, the staff very friendly and the hot water springs are great! I... More

Ai Ais is an interesting place that I have visited four or five times over the last 20 years. My last visit was in October 2012 and this was my experience. When booking we received contradictory comment regarding the national park fee and after 7 phone calls to Namibia we were told the fee was not payable although all documentation... More

We stayed here for 1 night in a room, after visiting the fish river canyon. The location was good, so we didn't had to drive too far anymore that day. It was nice to relax at the pool and the room was fine. Also good that they have a gas station and they can repear tyres, which is nice after... More

We did the camper holiday again. Ablution blocks fairly clean and serviced only after a complaint. Spa pools can only be used by campers at $10 a day. The outdoor hot water pool is available at no extra cost. Very refreshing. Camp sites are being upgraded, grass planted, not very many trees in the camping area though. Baboons are a... More

We stayed in the big chalets. This was excellent. TV, air con, etc. It was very clean and with a family of two small kids it felt like home. Only with a much more beautiful scenery. Did not want to go!!!!

Just the coolest spa I have ever visited. The pools run the length of the facility and the water is constantly flowing into anf out of the pools which are fed directly from the hot springs above the hotel
