Easy drive from Marquette and NMU campus. Great slops and an awesome view. Highly recommend if visiting Marquette in the winter months. Fun for all ages :)

Marquette Mountain is a good ski hill, but some things haven't changed much over the last decade. The parking is generally across the road and there's not that much of it. The restrooms really smell like sewer, and the food is not that great. However, if you've come to ski, you couldn't ask for a better hill!

Speaking as a beginner, I was very pleased. The beginner hill is long enough and steep enough to spend all day on, which represents a big savings because the tow lift on that hill does not require a lift ticket. The administrative staff were very accommodating (they gladly gave me a refund at the end of the day when it... More

And more snow than Tahoe! Came up to look at College for my son and he was able to snowboard 2 full days with a private snowboard lesson thrown in. Staff was so great. And VERY REASONABLE. Night Skiing sooo much fun. Lodge food warm and comfy. Really a fun addition to the weekend… Thanks MM Staff…

There are bigger hills, larger resorts, places with more lifts... but none that I've skied in OH, MI, CO, and WI has been as convenient, comfortable, and easy as Marquette Mountain. Great value too. Lots of pluses -- Per my wife, cleanest bathrooms of any ski hill she's seen. Bathrooms with hot water. Even early season w/ half the mountain... More

Off the beaten path with excellent views of Marquette. If you are a history buff, research Don Pearce, the man responsible for this gift to the city.

A little rugged to get to in our car but worth the view. It seems to also be a popular mt. biking area.

Very well groomed ski courses. An array for all skiers from beginers to expert and everything in between. They offer classes. For those who don't ski there are comfortable sitting areas and other things to do. A great family place for entertainment.
