While in Mackinaw City walked around the lighthouse. I had been there a number of times in the past, but always enjoy seeing it again. I always tell people going to Mackinaw to visit and tour this interesting landmark.

Very good time. The guide was very friendly. Also the view was amazing. Our hotel was a cross the street so we got a birds eye view all day and night.

A well maintained lighthouse and the tour guide was very informative. He even asked if we were with the tour bus unloading out front and since we were not he said come now before it became crowded. The gift shop held our pending purchases.

Beautiful porthole views for photos of the bridge as you climb the tower. Views abound. As always, well worth the climb. Nice setting.

We had a very relaxing time walking around and being able to visit the light house. Put your walking shoes on, you don't want to sit, just go explore the shops and the lighthouse~Look out at the water and breathe that clean air!

In Mackinac City area this is a must see. Really nice building showing the history of the lighthouses, and a tour to the top of the lighthouse with a beautiful view of the Mackinac bridge. The staff is friendly, and the history of the lighthouse keepers is very interesting. Shows a video of maritime crashes around the area as well.... More

This Lighthouse has alot of history, plus it is right by the Mackinaw Bridge. The employees were helpful in answering any questions we had about the coast guard on watch here when the light was working. We went here before we went to the Fort that is right next door.

This was already closed for the season. However, we called ahead of time and they told us to be sure to at least visit and take pictures of the outside. So we did just that. Took some photos of the light house and the bridge.

Beautiful Lighthouse with amazing views and beautiful park. The tour doesn't have a lot to it but the history is awesome!
