I stopped at the one located at 7340 on Main Street on Sunday September 28, 2014. They had a sign in the window that they had vegan fudge and I wanted to get some for a friend. I quickly ran in and inquired about it and if they shipped and was told yes for $5.99. I was told they were... More

It's way better than the MSU Dairy Store ice cream. The sherbet is delicious, as well as the peanut chocolate ice cream. Plus, there's a man who makes fudge in the window, & my kids could watch him all day.

I'm not a fudge lover....I'll start there. So when my husband bought a sample of Ryba's "creamy" style fudge, I declined the calories. But then, later in our room at the Grand, I thought a tiny bit of fudge can't hurt. That was the end of the fudge! It was so creamy that it practically melted in my mouth. They... More

This was right next to the ferry line so we stopped to watch them make fudge before renting bikes and riding around the island. Before we left, we bought four half pound chunks of their delicious fudge, to share with our family.

Oh my!!! Not usually a fudge eater myself but upon visiting Mackinac Island for the fourth time I figured it's time to expand my taste pallet. I chose Rybas Fudge Shop because it was proclaimed as the number one fudge shop on the island, (Mackinac Island is full of nothing but fudge shops) and so I gave it a go!... More

Very good creamy fudge in a variety of flavors. Hotel coupons do not work with specials like three pounds for $19.95 but watch out as the specialty flavors are more. Get a selection. In the unlikely event that you have a great deal of self-control, remember that fudge freezes well too. Ryba's is one of the better shops.

A self-proclaimed chocoholic that isn't a huge fudge fan? That's me. It's pretty well known that Mackinac island is known for its fudge. In her effort to convert me my daughter enjoyed bringing me samples and I was surprised when I found there is a significant difference in taste and texture. If you are of the smooth and creamy persuasion,... More

Although I have not set foot on the Island, my BFF goes every year - and I am the lucky recipient of a box of fudge from her visit. As I do not live near her, it is shipped to me by Ryba's. Fudge arrives in a box packed with a cooler bag - so although it was 85* when... More

I can't find the bike rental shop on here that must be associated with Ryba's fudge shops... but it was right next to the Star Line ferry dock and had a good selection. We got a tandem bike, two adult cruisers and two tagalongs for the kids. Good prices and convenient location. My only (minor) gripe was they first put... More

This is the best place for fudge. I have tried them all over the years. The fudge coffee is yummy too especially while sitting on your hotel balcony in the mornings.
