Okay, it's neat to be in a conservatory of butterflies, yes, but personally I was underwhelmed. You go into a small area with lots of butterflies flying around, but that's it. No touching, no interaction. They don't land on you or anything. I kind of feel like you'd get the same experience if you just looked into the greenhouse through... More

Stopped here due to seeing a coupon, and so glad we did. Young lady who runs this place is a butterfly expert in every way. Greenhouse like habitat loaded with gorgeous plants chosen because butterflies eat and enjoy them but won't lay eggs on them...she imports chrysali and has a climate controlled glass box where they emerge ...many species over time...then... We really enjoyed the layout inside with benches to sit - a butterfly even landed on my forehead! Since you can't touch them, you have to sit patiently until they flutter away - it was fun! And of course, all the different butterflies are beautiful!

The butterfly house is a wonderful experience for any age. So many delightful colors and a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy the beauty of nature. On a sunny day is is so pretty it doesn't seem real. Brings the child out in everyone and gives a feeling of relaxation. Be sure t stop in and enjoy!

Nice place with a pretty good variety of butterflies. Tip-Bring a bottle of cold water in with you, they keep it over 90 degrees for the butterflies. On a good note they have the cheapest water for sale on the island that we saw. Friendly staff Cost a bit high if your not a butterfly enthusiast.

We visited the butterfly house last week. I'm so glad we did. It was definitely worth the $8.00 admission fee. As you walk into the greenhouse like room, there are butterflies everywhere, the ceiling, the walls, the floor and the nose of the woman standing next to me. So much fun and beauty.

A very nice display of butterflies (new batches are sent in weekly) but it pales in comparison to the aforementioned butterfly house in Ames, Iowa. It definitely is a photo opportunity and educational as well. Worth the extra cost to visit.

I took my elderly Mom here as it was near an attraction we were there to see. She loved it and so did I! I wanted to photograph some butterflies, so she sat and just watched them fly around along with watching all of the kids delight in having butterflies land on them. The flowers and plants are super enjoyable... More

My granddaughters enjoyed the Butterfly House. Beware of the store in town, though. Women said her store was a part of the Butterfly House and you could buy tickets thru her. I hesitated and was looking in the store when she offered the tickets to another person. She told them the price and the women told her she could get... More
