North course it much more challenging than the south course. South course greens can be fun! More

We chose Lakeview Hills as a place to golf mainly because it is closer to home (Ontario) The past two years our foursome has played about 4 more hours north of here at Boyne Mountain which is very nice. WE didnt have the greatest weather which kind of set the tone for the courses right off the bat. We were... More

BEST COURSE in the area. The course was in great condition. The staff was great and very professional. The hotel was just recently remodeled and very nice. Very pleased with my stay. Totally am going back. Looks like this course is headed back in the right direction. More

My 2 friends and I (females) needed a place not too far away from the Detroit area for a one-night stay. B&Bs wouldn't take us for one night. We chose Lake view because they had a room to accomodate us. Plus: The golf courses looked REALLY nice, but we don't golf. The picture on the web acted like the lake... More

The resort was very busy this time, with several groups of golfers. We received the same excellent service and attention. The courses were in great shape and the employees very pleasant and helpful. We'll be back in the fall. Thanks Rick and Dennis. We are never disappointed. More

We are not golfers, so I think that this affected our view of this facility. We booked a room here because our friend's wedding reception was being held here. I agree with other reviewers that this is not a "resort" - no pool, spa, etc... The rooms felt small and quite dated to me, but were clean. The rates were... More

This review is for the hotel only since I didn't utilize either the golfcourse or restaurant. Room was $140 for a two-bedroom suite. The room was clean but the furnishings were dated and one of the bedrooms had the smell of stale sweat, for lack of a better description. In-room coffee was provided and the room had a small fridge.... More

We asked for a handicap-accessible accommodation, but this was not it!! This is the worst place we have ever stayed. There was hardly any room to get around the bed, had to walk sideways to get in the bed -- only about 18 inches on either side. Delux Resort? No way!! The room should have had a shower separate from... More

I am not a golfer, so I can't comment on the quality of the course at Lakeview Hills. My husband and I booked a room at Lakeview because of it's proximity to downtown Lexington and the Music Theater. Don't let the "resort" in the listing fool you... this is not a place for a romantic getaway. I doubt the linens... More
