Worth it if you have kids

Lots of great hands on interactive exhibits to help make learning fun. I'm 35 now and I'd still jump at a chance to visit here :)

We've been to Impression 5 many times over the years. It provides many hands on science experiences. Kids of all ages enjoy it. The youngest children simply have fun; the older children learn the science behind the experiences. Most of the exhibits are permanent, but they do offer new ones from time to time.

Took a friends and her four year old son to Impression 5. He had a ball with almost everything. The foam blocks. The slides. The water activities. Staff was also great. They were not only friendly, but extremely helpful. If you can take a young child there. Do so and smile as they explore the world opening up to them.

This attraction is a super place for kids to learn about and experience science. Hands-on activities are always available as are exhibits which allow children to "do" science. Very educational for adults as well as for kids. Don't pass this by.

This museum is a very good kids museum with lots of things to do for toddlers to teens. There is a big toddler area with water features, learning activities and an indoor play yard. For older children there are lots of hands on activities including water features, large blocks, baseball pitching timer, a piano, bubble games and a light show... More

If you have children and live in the mid Michigan area, this place is an absolute must, and you will undoubtedly visit is one way or another. Many rather stimulating exhibits that get the little brains moving, and enjoyable even for the grown ups.

I took my 2 year old son here and it was a bit old for him to enjoy. He liked the bubble area, but overall he didn't get much out of it. I would recommend it for older kids. Though, I myself was a bit bored. It's interesting, but you can do it all in under 30 minutes. I feel... More

Took my three young grandchildren for an afternoon of adventure. They loved the foam block, huge water experiment room, the house where they could try plumbing, etc. Each room offered several activities for any gender and multiple ages. There is a special room for toddlers and preschool children. The summer art room, provided the chance to create a piece of... More
