Just a wonderful collection of old cars displayed so you can walk right up to each and really check them out. All in beautiful shape. Located on a big farm and displayed in large out buildings including barns. Very nice, country atmosphere. Not a all crowded and very reasonably priced. Nice one day visit. More

Pro: This is a well laid out and unique attraction in Michgian. My children loved the very original diner and authentic gas station on site. It was the slow season so only the one building was open. I would have liked to see the entire exhibit, but they still had about 140 cars on display. The staff who kept the cars polished, were always pointing out details and sharing the history about the cars. They opened hoods and showed us some of the finer details... More

The Gilmore Car Museum is about 45 minutes north of Kalamazoo. We enjoyed the extensive display of classic cars. The museum is arranged on several acres of property. The cars are in large barns. You go from barn to barn as you tour the museum. There was about 8 main barns or buildings. An old dinner is on the property... More

The setting is unbelievable, and the collection is endless. There are also some period buildings like an old-time gas station and a diner. Even on a very hot day the buildings were quite comfortable and airy. Since it covers many acres of land, there is a lot of walking between the buildings, but it is in a very nice setting.... More
