Farm animals are easy to get to, walk around the grounds, go inside the barn, and walk up the hill through the vineyard for a spectacular view of the countryside. The restaurant only serves lunch and is well worth a stop. The menu is fresh and unique and service is terrific. The market below the restaurant is a little overpriced... More

This is a great place for kids (the animals and the hayrides are fun. We enjoyed sampling excellent wines and the amazing beer (eggplant!). The gentleman that makes the wine and beer is incredibly knowledgeable and worth the visit just to talk to him.

Sad to say we were disappointed with our visit to Pond Hill today. The only animals in the barn to feed were a pig with signs on his cage to not get too close because he bites, and two goats but one was in a small pen and we couldn't really see it. The chickens were neat but nothing spectacular.... More

We love to visit Pond Hill farms. I have 9 and 11 year old boys. First we purchase a bucket of potatoes or squash to launch in The "squash rockets". It's a life sized sling-shot. We all combine weight to get it to launch out farther. Then this trip we went to u-pick strawberries. The berries were small but plentiful.... More

Loads of things for young families: squash rocket, piggy races, pumpkins, chickens, feed the trout. Great general store. We enjoyed the delicious cafe food. The wine tasting was great. They are very knowledgeable about their wines.

We went here at a recommendation by a local. Great tip. After "slingshotting" potatoes at the goats in the field and feeding the trout in the pond, we had a delicious lunch in the cafe. All the ingredients were fresh from the farm and cooked perfectly. I would suggest the Thai nut noodles and then go the mini market downstairs... More

I've grown up coming to Harbor Springs for most of my life. It has been a pleasure to watch Pond Hill grow and flourish for the past couple years. Not only is the farmers market awesome, but the activities throughout the year keep us coming back. Their new venture into the wine world has been a success and hopefully the... More

This was one place my husband and I stopped while driving the tunnel of trees. Am I glad we did! Think a farm market and restaurant tied to a working farm. It has a very cute café for lunch, open until 3P.M. The market has canned goods and fresh produce allover the place. It is very much a family place.... More
