This zoo is a nice size; small, not too overwhelming for my little one. It is pricey for what you get. It was rather dirty and smelled horrible. There was a nice variety of animals. We have been to many zoos in many states and this one was one of the worst. Won't go back. more

John Ball Zoo has upgraded its exhibits over the years. Entrance fee for adults is $7.50. The new lion exhibit is nice, as is the aquarium. They have a petting zoo with small goats. This small zoo has alot to offer. Very affordable and fun attractions. Some of the animals you will see are: flamingoes, monkeys, tigers, penguins, sea otters, bears, lizards, poison dart frogs, and wart hogs. What a nice little zoo-well, not that little, but very easy to cover in a short period of time!
