You can't have completed your trip to Grand Haven if you haven't stayed to watch the Musical Fountain. It is such a part of the local atmosphere. May not be a five star event but it is definitely a must.

We were there for the July 4 fireworks. The music from the fountains was nearly unintelligible. The water display was ok. The fireworks were excellent for a small town display. They close the streets to allow crowds to watch.

It's the last event for the family before putting the kids to bed. For adults once or twice is enough. Take a sweater or jacket it's colder near the water.

But you get what you pay for -- which is $0. It's fun to watch but the audio can be tough to hear some times. But, grab an ice cream and come by and watch.

This musical fountain really is the same as it has been since I was growing up in this town in the 70s, so if you saw it back then, you do not need to stake out your spot on the grass to watch it again. It is still very cheesy, I'm sorry to say. There are many, many people who... More

A great way to end a fun summer day is to stay till dark, find a seat on the bleachers, and wait for a delight in light, sound, and water. Grand Haven has done a great job w/putting music, light and the fountain together for a show that all ages will enjoy. It only lasts 20minutes, so it's perfect!

After a walk on the boardwalk & a visit out to the lighthouse, enjoy a evening of music & colored lights at waterfront stadium. Some call it the "musical toliet" but it's amazing to see the water sway to the beat of the music. Usually starts just after dusk and last about 20 minutes.

A very large musical fountain, across the Grand river from Grand Haven. Has many different lights and water flows/jets that move with the music, also has numerous songs. Sit in waterfront stadium across from the fountain and enjoy!

This was such an unexpected treat - free concert - on the water? What could be better ?!?!!! The location offers bleacher seating or benches along the water - get an ice cream cone across the street and relax and enjoy the show. This is a nightly event - don't miss it.
