We chose the 1/2 hour carriage ride and enjoyed every minute. The carriage is very comfortable and plush and our guide was fun to talk to and gave us lots of information about the old houses and history of Frankenmuth. This is a great way to tour a part of the residential area enjoy a ride on the main street... More

Our family of 3 enjoyed our early evening 15 minute carriage ride through the quaint, quiet neighborhood with Beau (driver), whom was very friendly, and Goliath, one of the most beautiful horses I've ever seen! My 6 year old daughter is a horse lover, so this was a must do for us! Besides, it's something that we've never done. I... More

We took our granddaughter to Frankenmuth were she saw the carriage ride. We took the tour, and it was fun, probably not $40 plus tip worth. The young lady driving the carriage was pleasant and knowledgable. It was a trip around the block so we got to see some of the nice houses in the downtown area.

The 15 minute ride was $40 for up to 6 people and we literally just went around the corner in a residential area. We didn't get any history, just the experience which the kids loved and made it worth while.

Nice ride, driver offered to narrate the ride. We learned a lot about the little town, the architecture, and the history. The driver also gave us some info on her favorite places to eat/drink. This was our first carriage ride so I cant offer a comparison but we enjoyed it.

This carriage was hired for my daughter's wedding in Frankenmuth MI. The driver, and horse were dapper and it was truly a wonderful sight. Many commented on how it looked just like a Cinderella carriage and the bride and groom were the Prince and Princess when riding it. Weather was rain, sleet, windy, and cold...however still the ride was wonderful.... More

Do not make reservation. It costs more than just waiting in line for less than 20 minutes. We opted for the evening 15 minute ride. About 12 minutes of it was just going through a local subdivision with only some houses decorated.

Four different Carriages to choose from. I recommend taking the carriage to fulfill the holiday experience at Frankenmuth. The company even brings fresh horses to make sure it goes through the late evening.

These poor horses actually know when it's quitting time they start getting irritated and restless. They are very overwhelmed now who wants to beg to differ with me. I've witnessed this with my own eyes and even saw their own caretakers talking about it
