Terrible. 15 minutes for $40, and we only saw a parking lot. The horse moves at the speed of a baby crawling. Worst value in town by far.

My girlfriend and I were very excited but we were driven though a residential area with no sights... the driver said very little to us.. no history information at all about Frankenmuth. That would all be fine if it was $20.. not $60. Not recommended for what you pay :/

We really enjoyed our carriage ride (with Spirit the horse). We opted for the 30 minute ride (you also had a 15 minute option). It took us around the neighborhood streets (that I'm sure will be even more decorated for Christmas closer to Christmas) and up Main St. We really enjoyed that there were blankets inside the carriage because it... We went on a carriage ride just up from Zhenders. It was four of us, and up to six can go in a carriage and pay 60.00 for the ride for 30 minutes. We went at dusk as most of the lights were then on, and it was not too dark yet. We basically went around a few blocks on... More

We took our 2 1/2 year old on a carriage ride after dinner while in Frankenmuth. We enjoyed the 20 minutes ride but found it to be a little pricey, especially since a tip was encouraged even after the hefty price tag.

I went on a 15 min ride with my nieces and nephews. My niece really wanted to ride, since it would be her first time ever. So I could not say no. It was a wonderful experience, the staff were very friendly. Made us feel very welcome and made it a very special ride. Very knowledgeable of the area and... More

Visiting Frankenmuth, largest tourist attraction in Michigan, just begs for a ride in the fantasy carriage. The horse and carriage ride is one of the magical things you must do when you come to Frankenmuth..... romantic if you're a couple, just plain awe inspiring fun if you're a family,

We took the $60 ride on Fantasy Carriage. We didn't realize how dark the back streets would be so we really couldn't see anything. Our driver said nothing much to us. The year before we took the carriage ride and had a driver who was Amish. He was fantastic. Friendly and talkative. Pointed out places of interest. Talked about working... More

The carriage ride was very nice. The carriages themselves are very well maintained and are beautiful. They have blankets in case you are cold and lights on them to make it romantic. The drivers are knowlegable about the area and tell you everything that you want to know about the area and future events in the town. The horse are... More

Horse drawn carriage rides are always expensive,$60 was shared 4 ways, so not that bad on the pocket book. I expected more narriation by the driver, he didn't say much till we were about finished..
