This museum was great. I has pictures, bios, medals, uniforms, ect .of Michigan Vetrans that the familys have provided. Everything is in glass cases, it's just amazing how much information that the families have given to this museum. The Space part of this museum is also great, didn't realize how many people from Michigan worked in the space program. I...

We really enjoyed the wealth of artifacts and personal information given for each Service Member. They had a lot of weapons which were cool to see (lots of Lugers in the Nazi display). The gentleman that welcomed us was very informative. Overall, a really nice time and a must see!
I like history, especially military history, so this museum was a must see for me. My wife also found this museum extremely interesting as we spent an hour and a half (3:30 to the closing ttime of 5) at the museum. The displays and information in the museum are very interesting. Many of the artifacts on display are the personal items of the people being described.
My 9 year old son really liked this museum. The museum features tributes to Michigan soldiers; it is informative and touching. The staff were extremely pleasant. They offered to give us a tour, and told personal and interesting stories about each war. We were very impressed by this museum, and we will definitely return.
We visited this museum for the first time this year. The polar bear inside the front door is impressive to the kids. The inside is a memorial to Michigan soldiers from every war. There are uniforms and stories. It is a great find for history buffs.
Nice display for local soldiers. The rotate the displays, because they have several. If you have a loved one int there you can call and they will make sure your ancestor is on display. Very touching.
Had a great time reviewing all the memorabilia of Michigan natives that have served and gave all they could for this country. Be sure and stop by this site while in frankenmouth
My husband has a great interest in WWII and the Museum has artifacts, uniforms, ship models and family stories and histories on many service men and women of the area.
