Lots of vacant shops. The shops that are here are touristy and trendy and on the expensive side. Disappointed. The only plus is that there was a dog show in the courtyard and my daughter loved it so our trip here wasnt wasted.

Very well kept and manicured mall. Nice area to visit and shop. Had a little bit of everything. Very unique. Parking was easy. Everything is very easy to find in town.

I totally like this little shopping area. A good variety of little stores that you don't normally see. A few nice places to get something to eat. A very relaxing shopping experience

The town is neat, but Bronners store is worth seeing. It is so large, it amazes. The town shops are quaint. Didn't have the chicken at Zenders as was told it has gone downhill in recent days.

After lunch, we walked over to the newer River Place Shops. It has a lot of smaller shops with just about anything you can imagine: clothes, toys, wine, popcorn, jerky, pet accessories... My granddaughter really liked the fountain in the middle that poured out into a little creek that ran down to the river. A very nice touch. There was... More

This was a nice compact place to walk around with family, they had small shops for everyone. The cupcakes t the cupcake shop were amazing. I can see how they won awards. Liked the shop with the many many types of jerky. The shop with the old 60 and 70 stuff, a nice place to reminisce. So many nice shops... More

How refreshing to visit shops at a tourist destination and find the items affordable. Lots of shops to choose from: toy shops, clothing shops (including plus size), music shop, fudge and ice cream shop.

Strolled through River Place Shops recently with our dog who was welcomed by most of them in their store. Just happened to be a dog show on in the center court area nice to watch. Even a pet store there full of dog and cat items. Lots of food and candy places to chose from. The river boat tour on... More

I love the stores and many of the products they carry, but like any shopping in a tourist town, it costs a pretty penny. Some handcrafted items are definitely worth the money, and others are many times more expensive than the same item would cost just down the street in a department store.
