Atwood Stadium was fixed up and looks great, but to get to it go to downtown Flint. There is hardly any parking for most cars. Check it out for yourselves.

People always give me strange looks when I say this, but Atwood Stadium is my absolute favorite place to watch a football game. I played there for two years in middle school, and have attended over a hundred high school and semi-pro games there. It opened in 1929, and has been a big piece of the community since. Home of 2009 Heisman trophy winner Mark Ingram II Atwood stadium has so much history. Atwood opened in 1929, and has hosted several notable events through the years. The original field was grass, but is now artificial turf.
