MSU's huge country-like campus offers a lovely setting for running, biking or just hanging out, and also has places to visit, like the Beal Botanical Gardens, Sanford Natural Area, the 70,000-capacity Spartan football stadium, an art center, planetarium and, of course, the MSU Dairy Store for ice cream.

Michigan State University has a beautifully landscaped campus that is a center for learning, innovation, and research. Additionally, students and visitors can enjoy top ranked entertainment and sports. My personal favorite thing on campus is the architecturally stunning Broad Art Museum that features contemporary art of the world.

I was there on business and walked the campus a lot. Simply gorgeous. Don't miss the ice cream at the dairy store on campus and the many gardens. The walk along the Red Cedar River is beautiful.

Very cool campus, nice and spaced out with alot of trees and the river running through the center of campus it gives the campus a very "close to nature" feel.

Why go any place else? Spartans are the most hard working, down to earth people in the country. Best basketball and football teams, loyal fans, great town to live and work.

Michigan State University with approximately 50,000 students has a large international component. My husband taught chemistry here to large undergraduate and small graduate classes. The faculty comes from large state colleges and universities as wells small select ones. There's something for every student here.

This campus is beautiful! My children enjoyed listening and looking for the train, as well as the many pedestrian bridges over the river. The campus is maintained beautifully and buildings are labeled well to find what you are looking for. Wonderful campus.

A great place to visit - something for everyone and easily the cheapest place to spend some time if money is an issue. The Historical museum, 4H children's garden, as well as the many other lovely gardens are all free. Don't forget to stop by the river and enjoy the scenery, including the ducks, of course. Don't skip the landscaping... More

In all honesty, this was a pretty nice campus. My Dad is a MSU alum and had a great time visiting his alma mater after nearly 40 years of not being to East Lansing. The locals were great, and tailgating was a blast....most (but not all) were very accommodating to us, even with me having a beautiful Tom Brady jersey... More

This is a full service university set out on more acres of beauty than can be imagined. The campus is extremely large and building range from "turn of the century elegance to modern. It is easy to get around.
