Great seats, no matter where you sit. Biggest complaint is the parking and the amount of time it takes to get out of the lot after a performance.

Located on MSU's campus, with attached parking , the Wharton is easy to get to, $5 parking for most events. I've seen everything from comics to Les Mis to Billy Elliott here + performed on stage myself several times in chorus. A wonderful hall good sight lines and accoustics. Always a special evening out. Lansing Symphony calls it home. Snacks...

I usually go to 2 or 3 shows a year. They usually have something in their line-up that appeals to me. The seating is comfortable and it's a great place to go.
I liked the show and all the ones that are coming this season. Normally they have a good offer for the whole family. The sits are not very comfortable, but the heat works good. The personal who works in there are very kind. The bathrooms are fine.
The Warton center is as consistent as it gets, bringing at least some culture to Mid Michigan still. never seen anything that wasn't fabulous
While I agree with the one review about the aisles and sound system, the very fact that this place exists, at all, is something kind of unbelievable. These are quality Broadway shows. It isn't Toronto or Chicago or New York the facility isn't up to the quality you would find in those venues. Having said that, the shows themselves are...

This is a first class establishment that we are so lucky to have in our local community at MSU and surrounding areas. We have top notch entertainers grace our stages bringing world-class experience to theatre students of all ages and levels!
"Phantom of the Opera," "War Horse," Jersey Boys" and "Lion King" are just a few of the Broadway spectaculars we've enjoyed over the years, along with Manheim Steamroller, Capitol Steps and the Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain, Ira Glass, Tom Izzo (yes, a basketball coach in an original musical!) and countless other performers. The Wharton also offers Stratford Shakespeare Festival...

I have been to several plays and other events at the Wharton Center. I have never had a bad seat or been disappointed with a show. Getting to and from the parking structure is easy and the cost of parking isonly $5.
This is a great venue to have in small to midsize town. We have the same access to Broadway, major entertainers, etc. that usually are only reserved for larger cities. The schedule year to year is always good and encompasses a wide variety of acts. The facility itself, however, is terrible. Parking is decent - there's a garage attached to...
