Beautiful architecture, more than you expect considering the outside of the building. Highly recommend any events there, I have been to several and they are usually well orchestrated.

This is a gorgeous theater! There's affordable parking across the street, but plan to wait at least an hour or two after a show with traffic, longer if there's a home Tigers game. Take advantage of Greektown and enjoy a late drink.

Beautiful, historic building. Great acoustics. Comfortable seating. Looks like all seats would give a good view for a concert. Cons: Old building and old plumbing. Bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and this seemed to be a common problem with a crowd. Pros: Beautiful building, plenty of drink / bars and refreshment stands in lobby.

I haven't been there for years! I forgot what a gem we have right in Detroit. I couldn't stop looking around at the beautifully refurbished interior in its original splendor. A must to see when in the Motown.

Got the priviledge to be invited for a private party in this amazing theatre, the decor is jaw dropping, it is really part of Detroit past splendour and has been beautifully preserved. It is definitely worth seeing, so much historical bling, the absolute antithesis to "less is more"...

It has been restored beautifully, I'm in awe when I walk in the doors, I don't even remember it being that gorgeous when I was a child!

Visited Fox Theatre for Jerry Seinfield show, of course he was fantastic, but the theatre was unbelievable. We stood in the lobby just in awe of the decor and everything there. Excellent seating and sound and couldn't get over the decorating. Just wonderful. We stayed right in downtown at the Hilton Garden Inn and walked to the theatre. We were... More
