The smoke was too much and burning my eyes. On the plus side, it was busy and always a great place to people watch. The casino was well kept and clean. The bathroom I visited was messy and needed attention.

Cigarette smoke is overwhelming due to low ceilings. Parking is easy. People mover is out front. Staff friendly. Plenty of gaming options. Guess they are doing a multi million dollar renovation.

We have dined there for a long time, do not like the current menu at all. When the Bistro first opened the food was great, the first couple menu changes were okay, then the big heavy one came out. Seemed too high end. But now it looks and tastes like bar food. Bring back the good food at a fair... More

I will admit at first I rarely ever stepped into the Greek Town area let alone the casino but maybe one or two times. But that has changed and now, becoming a biweekly regular to the Greek Town casino. Let's start from the top. As of today's review from last nights experience, the drive in was tricky so here I... To start, the parking garage is all of 100 yards from the I-375 exit and getting back on the highway is equally quick, meaning you don’t have to drive through Detroit if you do not wish. The building itself is clearly older, and thus there are some good things and bad things about the layout of the casino. The bad... More

It's a casino many locals go to. There's nothing special about it compared to other casinos. It has the normal mix of games across levels. Employees and food are also distinctly average. There's also no showroom. There are really only 2 advantages of playing here. Building up play level for parking. Free parking on concerts, Tigers, Wings, and Lions days... More

I always give good reviews and over look small flaws, were not all perfect but let me tell you something is stinking in paradise. Well when a dealer pays me when I won and 1/2 hour goes by and 5 deals later says he over paid me and makes me give my $125.00 back???? He double checked my be and... More

This casino is going downhill and fast. There use to be regular benefits for having their players' card. Now it is a joke. A number of employees are rude. A manager was incredibly rude to my group and charged us for drinks that were not even poured. No wonder other employees are rude if it is acceptable for management to... More

Asked women worker who was in uniform and on the floor a simple question. She frowned at me while speaking on her personal "sail foam" (cell). Personal call more important than a large group spending money? Gilbert needs to fire and bring in new fresh workers or many I know will not spend their time and money at this place.

Visited the casino on the Labor Day holiday. Swiped my card and "won" 2 free entrees at the Market. Coupon did not print, so I asked guest rewards for one. Was rudely informed that the system had a glitch and I had won nothing. Emily was rude and condescending. Stated I was trying to scam them. Took my name and... More
