We had a good time here last night. Ate at the Chinese walk up. It is okay. Service was great. The guy attending the dining room brought us water and extra fork and was great.

I used to go to MGM Detroit 3 to 4 times a week, but the machines started getting too tight & the employees typical Detroit ghetto attitudes towards the white people are getting worse, so started going to Motor City; slots seem to pay a bit better there & the staff is more pleasant, but not by much, however, a... This is the best of the three casinos downtown. I have been to many casinos and this casino gets SO SMOKY especially on the weekends. For the ladies, put your hair up before you come here and don't bring a jacket in unless you want to come out smelling like an ash tray! I have been here a bunch of... More

casino is very clean, non-smoking slot area available. probably the best casino in detroit. the buffet is not up to the standards it was a couple of years ago. much less food appears to be actually prepared here. seems like alot of processed foods, probably frozen and prepared as needed. the selection is much less than previous visits. the desert... We attened club ignite for a friends birthday. The staff was rude and not accommodating. Security was awful you would have thought you were trying to get in to see the president the way they treated you. A male security guard shoved a female because she was walking to slow. It really seemed like a bunch of thugs on a... More

Overall not too bad. Staff is Not friendly like you would expect. From the security at the door to the waitstaff. Good luck getting a drink IF you can locate one of the few cocktail servers. Usually 'hangin' together chatting. When you do see them, which is seldom, they are almost in a sprint they're walking so fast. I have... More

Every New Year's Eve , for the past 5 years me and my hubby have made it our tradition to spend it in the MGM casino. We play slots and toast in the new year. This year he smoke really bothered me and made it difficult to stay longer. There really should be an area for the smoking to take... More

My Parents live in Monroe MI. Every time I visit for years since Detroit Casino's opened I take them up there. Now it's become a feed & greed factory. Get them to sit down and empty what they can out of you. A LOT of NEAR HIT MISSES to entertain the simple mind to think "oh I just missed jackpot,... More
