Well, I'm not really a museum type of person, however my hubby wanted to visit the museum for the cars. However, there is something for everyone. Old cars, including old presidential limos, furniture, black history, farming tools, foodies, etc. I would have liked to do the village tour, but it wasn't open for the season when we were there, but... What a unique place to visit! Interesting Americana memorabilia. Items from recent history that are sure to trigger nostalgia in baby boomers, gen-xer's and many others. Also older articles/antiques from generations long gone. We did not have time to complete the whole museum. I prefer to read a bit about the items I am interested in viewing so because of... More

We went to The Henry Ford for spring break this year and it was amazing. We can't wait to go back and visit The Village!

I have lived in Flint Michigan for 16 years as a child. I remember going to this place yearly with school trips and loved it. Finally got to take my family (2 teenage daughters and wife) here on a family trip. The girls loved it and would love to go back again.

I have been to this museum over a dozen times and I always find something new here. So much history at this place, and some really cool exhibits. They even have the bus where Rosa Parks made history on display!! Worth the money!

I have spent a lot of time at the Smithsonian Museums (in Washington DC) in the past, and I have to say, The Henry Ford Museum is right up there with them. As far as the collection of vehicles, The Henry Ford rates even higher than the Smithsonians in my opinion. There are many interesting things to see here--some of... More

Luckily we did have free tickets. However, the tickets are $20.00 per person. The exhibits though were fun and interesting to take in. It is a very large place and will take a few hours an easy 2-4 hours to go through. The Lincoln chair was very interesting to see.

There are many museums I've been to. Then there is The Henry Ford. There is no place like it. This place is EPIC in it's size--it is the largest indoor/outdoor museum complex in the country, and in its vast variety of historic American artifacts with how well they are presented and maintained. The historic building alone is grand to behold,... More

My wife and I went to the Engines Exposed exhibit at The Henry Ford Museum, and while it was fascinating seeing all the cars, we are not car people by nature, and we ended up only staying at the museum for just a brief visit. We highly recommend visiting Greenfield Village when it reopens for the season on April 15th.... More

Was like going back in time, seeing history for the first time! Very exciting and interesting. Was the talk of the table at Easter with the whole family. Planning a caravan of family members
