We have been skiing at Caberfae for about 10 years, we have been weekend season pass holders for the last 6 years. The $99 weekend season pass is a great deal. Our three boys have learnt to ski and snowboard here. If you want to teach your kids how to ski or snowboard Smiling Irishmen to Easy Street is a... More

Chris I - Thank you for purchasing season passes for the past 6 years. We sure do appreciate your support and your kind words. You are correct, the $99 Weekend Pass is by far the best deal in the Midwest and we are looking forward to installing a brand new Doppelmayr chairlift for the 2016-17 ski and snowboard season. More

Just went to Caberfae to ski for a couple of days. As a season pass holder, I really appreciate the how they have situated the Blackmer Day Lodge. They have added additional picnic tables, a lot of cubies to store your gear, and extra outlets for slow-cookers.There is now a rule that tables cannot be saved when your party isn't... More

Ordered tickets online the night before and saved some money. Kids first trip to Caberfae, it has been almost 30 years since I have been. It was a really nice day, nice staff, very friendly. I read that people had an issue with no tables in the lodge, because people would save tables. We did not have that problem at... More

dtruchan13 - Thank you visiting and for your comments. We responded to feedback from our skiers and snowboarders and created more table space, built storage bins, added electrical outlets and adopted a non-table table saving policy. We are thrilled that it has been very well received by our guests. Thanks for visiting! More

This no frills operation has some of the best terrain in Northern Michigan. The vertical on both peaks is continuous with little runout. One of the few places in Michigan where a skier's legs can burn a bit. The lift tickets are cheap and this place is family friendly. The only place I have ever seen picnic baskets and crock... More

It was a busy day at the peaks. The staff was nice and friendly. I went up a chairlift with an employee and I got a little history lesson of the slopes I thought was kinda cool. The food was great like always. Fun times on the slopes. 🎿

Hands down one of the most laid-back, fun, and enjoyable places to ski in Michigan. The Peaks are always well maintained, and offer many different runs and views. Can't say enough about Caberfae. Great place

They only have one 9-hole course. The course is very nice but since they are selling unlimited golfing with/or without hotel stay, no one keeps the tee time and gets absolutely backed up. Also they are way under staffed in their only restaurant and the wait time to be served was absolutely terrible. Since they don't have anything else around... More

have only been there in summer for the golf course and it was way out of our league. my older father couldn't even reach many of the fareways with a perfect drive. and if you are anywhere but fareway, just grab another ball. I don't hit straight and consistently enough for the tight fareways myself. it's not a bad course,... More

For those that have not played the course, please note that we have 4 or 5 different tee locations on every hole.
