Weko Beach in Bridgman is amazing! It is like looking at the Ocean! No salt water and No sharks!!! So relaxing and beautiful. If you are into fitness then you will love climbing the stairs to get your workout in. You can even take your dog to the dog side and let them have some fun in the sand and... More

In the summer they have live music sometimes in the snack bar. Cool to just eat on the beach and listen. Sometimes there are lots of small sail pontoon boats threre It doesnt have the awesome large dunes like nearby warren dunes state park but I like Waco.

This is my favorite beach of all the ones I've visited on Lake MI. I almost don't want to review it, but keep it to myself. I first went to Weko in the 60's when in nursing school when beach was free. Now it costs $8 to park in the beach lot, but, boy, is it worth it. Although crowded... More

Weko beach is a smaller beach but it's clean and has all the things needed for a great beach outing. There's a place to rent paddle boards, kayaks, and more which I highly recommend. The campground fills up fast every weekend so make sure to get there early Thursday to get a spot. The bathroom have key codes and are... More

Our first time to Weko Beach- the sand was very soft at the shore which made it tough to walk the shoreline, however the sunset was extraordinary and a gentlemen played a bugle at the end of the sunset and everyone clapped! A unique and pleasant place to spend at the beach. $7 day pass or come later and in... More

The restrooms are fairly clean. There are no indoor showers. There is an outdoor shower. The changing room are small and very warm. The consession stand has a variety of fast foods to chose from, however the wait is consistently long.

Smaller town beach that few know about. All amenities as a large state park beach. But cleaner and a little less crowded. If you can get in the camp ground - do it. It is just one dune back from the beach. This is my favorite spot on the east coast of Lake Michigan

Weko Beach Park is run by the City of Bridgman, Michigan and is a great place to enjoy the beach and a beautiful sunset. They play taps every evening as the sun sets all summer and it is beautiful. We stayed at their RV park wher you can walk to the beach. The beach and the water are clean. There... More
