This is a nice little zoo that is very peaceful. Some of the enclosures are a little small but the animals do not seem stressed. It's a nice little inexpensive stop on the way to Frankenmuth.

I loved this place! Quiet, calm break from the busyness of everything. Zoo is set in a nice wooded area, and has some unusual animals-plus you are up close to each specie: more so than at a conventional zoo setting. Lots of walking-or strolling- it is bigger than it appears!

We decided to check out this zoo on our recent trip to Birch Run/Frankenmuth. Our whole family really enjoyed it! It was a great little day trip and the admission price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend checking this out if you are travelling as a family with young children

This place may seem on the surface as a dive but you will never get closer to wild animals at any zoo. We were so impressed be the number of zoo animals and how close you can get. The other thing impressed us was the fact the animals were awake, walking around, just wonderful to see. Even the laity lions... More

I really was excited to be coming to the zoo. Overall, my experience was nice, but the next time we go, it will be after feeding time so the animals can have time to eat and sleep it off. We went around 11:30-12pm, and most of the animals were sleeping or eating. The only problem was that the sign had... More

Good for children. Son did not want to leave. Good variety of animals. Well cared for. Especially liked monkeys and giraffes.

The public needs to stop thinking of animals as "an attraction". These animals are not meant to be cage; they aren't put on this earth to be entertainment. These animals deserve much more space and care than these jokers give them. Close the "zoo". Send the animals to a sanctuary. Don't patronize this business.

The animal enclosures and way to small for these beautiful animals.. They do not belong on concrete flooring, please expand their enclosure please for the animals benefit.. If you want to give people the total experience its not with them in tiny cages on concrete.I see there is a petition from change.org trying to get them to expand or close,... More

This zoo is really a poor excuse for a zoo and not at all worth visiting. The animals are kept in very small cages and it's not a zoo that has any more of a mission than making money.
