Geared to children. Has excellent Planetarium shows. Good geological display and dinosaur interactive exhibit.

Kingman has been around as long as I can remember and it's never disappointed. The planetarium is so peaceful and the exhibits are great. From the moment you approach the building you know this place is going to be something special. Visit it again if you're from the area and visit it for the first time.

I enjoyed my time in this little compact museum. Nice natural history collection and a small geology collection for some rocks and gems for sale. Great Visual show I saw on distant aliens when I went on a Saturday, other shows are about nature and the solar system. Good value for money for a family and they offer Annual membership.... More

I took my 2 year old son and his favorite thing was riding the elevator. I think I paid $8 and we were there for less than 15 minutes. Find something else to do!

Enterance fee was too high for the experience, and museum looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Bathroom on main floor was very nasty, and changing table was filthy. I should've worn gloves. Has cleaning staff, and what little staff they do have are very stand offish and unfriendly. Exhibits were dirty and compiled by amateurs. Poorly... More

Not much in the museum and the entrance fee is not worth what you get. The planetarium is pretty cool however and shows some interesting movies.

Maybe if the entrance fee was less and I didn't have to watch some creepy movie in the planetarium about made up future animals. Felt like I was on someone's bad drug trip. Not a lot to look at.

In Battle Creek for the worlds longest breakfast table event. Drove 2 hours so we thought we would look for some other things to do on a sunny June afternoon in Battle Creek. We did walk the arboretum and thought we would swing into the museum. Luckily it was 1/2 price day and we paid $2.50 each. The staff were... More

I went here as a kid and have taken my kids. Great exhibits although most are the same as when I was a kid but it takes you back and shows that not everything has to be new and electric to be fun and interesting!
