Great place for kids but boring for adults. There are probably 20 live animals and 50 stuffed ones. Stuffed animal windows need cleaning some artifacts are broken. Fun for kids i guess.

We went on a Sunday. We got there about 1155 and there were already three or four cars in line waiting to open. We got right in though. Not sure what days this is applicable but military family got in free! We met my husbands mother there. The cafe is closed on Sundays so we orders from papa Gino's. Plenty... More

We went there after 4 years. While there are some new and good additions, the overall trip was a little disappointing. We reached around 1:30 PM on a weekday and the kids were looking forward to the canopy walk and zipline but it was already sold out. The exhibits are good and well maintained so we did enjoy those. But... More

Very fun for our 5 and 2 year old. We came for the train, but it was not in service :( can't wait to come back after all construction is finished.

We took 2 boys, 12 and 10 here yesterday. I had never even heard of the place, despite growing up in MA my whole life (western Mass.). It was a pleasant surprise The boys really enjoyed the exhibits and learned a lot. We particularly enjoyed the reptile show in the afternoon. The presenter was well versed in the subject material... We went here with our two granddaughters, aged 1 and 4, plus their cousins, aged 6 months and 2. The two oldest ones loved making big bubbles out front. The three oldest loved climbing and sliding in the preschool playroom. There are also live eagles, owls, foxes, and turtles. Older kids might get bored quickly here, but there is a... More

This venue is great for toddlers who do not realize that some of the exhibits are closed or uninhabited. Several outdoor exhibits were unoccupied or unkempt. Surely a toddler would not recognize this, but for an adult, or older child paying an admission fee, this is totally unacceptable.Everything in the museum seemed to be geared to the under 4 years... Great place to learn a lot. Of course it is great for the kids. Also things that adults will enjoy. Off the beaten path of downtown Worcester.

EcoTarium was great for the kids got to have a great time with them while they enjoyed the interactive activites. Such as the video about how to young boys used their imagination to learn about outer space and planets in an educational and fun filled way. The train ride was great got to relax while the children saw animals and... More

This is the best place to take the kids on a winter weekend day around Worcester area. It is not prefect, but there are lots of areas to explore and a changing exhibition at the bottom floor is nice. If they added a bit more variety and maintained some of the exhibits a bit better, and had food at the... More
