Somewhat hidden from the casual visitor.if you go down what seems sto be the logical street (Nobska), you end up having gone too far. Use Church St. And you'll get there. Beautiful view . It is also wonderful seen from the ferry, en route to Martha's Vineyard.

Beautiful view of ocean and Martha's Vineyard. Watch the ferries going by. Nobska Lighthouse is high on a hill. Across the road is an access to rocks with a closer view of the water. Beautiful in all types of weather. We visit here yearly.

Overlooks Nobsca Bay. Lighthouse is just ok, but the view is awesome! Martha's Vineyard us visible on the horizon. Very limited parking. Walk across the road and soak it in.

Located in charming Wood's Hole, the Nobska Lighthouse is a lovely site for ocean and beachfront views. It sits on a promontory above Nobska Beach, with views of distant Martha's Vineyard, the beach, and the Elizabeth Islands. The lighthouse itself is not accessible, but cross the road and walk a bit to find Neilie's Point, where there is a bench... More

It was a lighthouse. You can look at it, and read a sign about it. You cannot go in it, or the house next to it. If you really love lighthouses, go.

Learning about the history of the area as well as the lighthouse was enjoyable. This was our first visit to the Cape and seeing our first east coast lighthouse was made special by the tour of this one. The staff is friendly and informative. Commercialization was minimal and did not detract from the historical aspects. Great views from the top.... More

A lighthouse that you can not access but worth the drive to it for the views. There are only a few spaces to park - I'd guess 5 or 6, but more than enough when we were there. Great for photos of both the lighthouse and sea views - just be careful crossing the road to the sea side as... More

Most lighthouses are a big draw and this is one of the best. The parking is slim but the view is certainly worth it.

This is a "must see" for tourists, especially for those from other parts of the country or abroad. The lighthouse is nice and there is a great view from the grounds and across the street. Just be careful parking and crossing the street as the lot is at a bend in the road and there are only a few spots!
