I never tire of bagging Berlin Mountain, the highest peak in the Taconic Trail State Park. What makes Berlin so nice is its 360 degree view of the surrounding area: Greylock to the east, and down into New York to the west. Great ride through the taconics. First Time there. Liked it better than vt. Roads were far superior. To be fair thevweather was bad in vt

We hiked the Taconic Trail from the top of Rt. 2 to the Snow Hole. It was a popular hike and saw many people out enjoying the lovely day. It wasn't too strenuous, but was still challenging. Can't wait to go again and try the trail heading South!
