Great Beach

Nice and very wide beach. Clean except for some horseshoe crabs that had been washed up on the shore . Restrooms were clean and an easy walk.

Seagull beach is great, it is accessible with it's boars walk and beach wheel chair. there is a reasonably priced snack bar and clean bathrooms.Plenty of paved parking, your daily parking pass is good at all other town beaches on the same day. Seagull beach has the warmest water on the entire cape.

Great beach! We arrived late - 4pm and the water was so warm - as warm as the lake in NH! There was seaweed but it didn't stop us from swimming. Gentle waves.

Nice enough beach but no one wanted to swim because of the insane amount of seaweed. I've never seen so much on a beach. Not sure if it's always like that but was a shame.

The sand is soft, although there are some seashells. The water was warm, but filled with seaweed. Our kids did not like the feeling of the seaweed on them, so didn't really go in the water. There were some small waves. The amenities were good. We had grilled cheese sandwiches, hot dog, and mozzarella sticks. It was very windy when... More

We visited the beach the week of 8/8-8/15/15 as it was one mile from our rental home . It had a lot of seaweed washed up onto the beach and in the surf . If you're looking for big waves and surf head further down the island to Naussett.
