The Big E is a huge fair with everything we could want... food, animals, music, agricultural exhibits, more food... oh and a wonderfully fun mardi gras style parade. We go every year, have never visited the midway, this is a huge fair and you really have to decide where you want to spend your time. We love the Avenue of... More

I love the Big E! The exhibits are wonderful, there is a great mix of old and new, and the food is fun & fabulous. If you can't find more than one thing to like about the Big E then you don't know how to have fun. In that case, take your favorite child with you and let them show... More

I've never understood the charm of the Big E. You pay to get in, you pay to park, you wait in long lines and...you then walk around through lots of crowds, look at some stuff and pay to eat an okay baked potato. More

Year round events always interesting, but the Eastern States Exposition held in the Fall is the premier event. New England's great State(s) Fair. More
