Visiting the Cape Off-Season may limit some activities, so it is nice that Harwich Junior Theater continues to offer plays after the summer season. We have attended a few plays at HJT and they have always been high-quality productions, with great casts, and memorable performances, such as with their recent presentation of To Kill a Mockingbird. Because the theater is... More

On a lark, we went to hear Sajous So Far, a musical autobio by Christina Sajous. Great pipes, but a terrible show. Her covers of Tina Turner and :The Acid Queen" by the Who showed she knows how to sing. Alas, her personae and songs in between left us coldl. But the Harwich Junior Theatre (apparently they mostly offer performances... More

Aladdin was amazing and our 3 grand-daughters were mesmerized! We have enjoyed so many wonderful performances here. As adults (3 fabulous dinner parties with HJT tickets to follow) and with our grand daughers, we have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of theater or warm welcome by the staff. Aladdin was another terrific performance...but so was Madeline, Peter Pan and... More

We go every summer. The productions are well done. My children have grown up going here, even helping to usher when my Mom volunteered here. They are now 17,19 and 21, and just went to Aladdin, and loved every minute!!

To see the wonderful performance of Music Man! The cast- from youngest to senior actors- is full of energy. Everyone does a superb job with the small stage. Music is infectious. Our entire car sang "Shepoopy" all the way home. Special kudos to Avery and Jon Stump. Avery played the role of Marion the Librarian and Jon was Winthrop. They... More

Last evening I saw "The great American Trailer Park Musical". It was FANTASTIC!! The set was better than most I had seen viewing U tube postings of this play done by many others! They had a very small area to work in. The actors were believable and they all had good voices and made the characters come alive! The costuming... More

My school library friends and I have been coming here for at least ten years. We try to make at least two shows during fall to spring. Some of us bring children in the summer as well. Great venue! I can't say enough about it. We have seen everything from Always -- Patsy Cline to Nunsense to ____ Spelling bee,... More

What I admire the most about this theatre is the staff is ALWAYS proud and genuine when welcoming guests. The theater is small and intimate and you can't help but smile and admire the shows that they produce. We saw "Always Patsy" and although I'm not from Patsy's era, the show was fantastic fun. Like I said, you can't help... More

Though we are not of that era nor really like country music, we throughly enjoyed Always Patsy Cline at the Jr. Theater at the end of August 2014.. It is playing on weekends through Sept. The theater is not magnificent (by any means) but there's only about 100 seats, all good. One other fun thing is that Patsy Cline is... More

Have been to many shows here, last one just this past weekend "A Wrinkle in Time" and absolutely loved it. The theatre is small and every seat is a great seat. They offer a variety of musicals and plays (have seem both here) and all have been great. They are open year round, with plays even in winter. My cousin's... More
