You might be tempted to drive by this place, as I did for several years, but you will be missing a lovely place. It is like you have been invited into to someone's secret garden. It is not for anyone who has trouble walking.

These gardens are beautiful! Enjoy a relaxing stroll through a wide variety of healthy botanicals that are thriving in the Berkshires. Last weekend the botanical sale was enormous.

I made this my first stop and Wow. It was a cool May evening and they really built a fantastic walking tour of their gardens. I spent an hour, but had planned to stop for only a few minutes.

I finally visited the Berkshires in the Spring and was able to enjoy the Botanical Gardens. It was a quiet morning there for a leisurely stroll through the gardens... Appreciating nature, its flowers and landscapes. Take a book, a picnic, and enjoy the visit. Also very close to the Rockwell Museum, another Berkshire gem

The overall grounds were nicely laid out and have beautiful components. Be cautious of when you go, however as mid May had very little that has bloomed. Most areas were still waiting for life to sprout. The Children's Garden was a small but cute area for my 3 yr old. Across the road was a more interesting walk.

We were a little late in the season, and they were preparing for the fall festival. The gardens are nice and I'm sure that in spring and summer they are even better.

The Berkshire Botanical Gardens is located at the west entrance to Stockbridge. The property morphs with each seasonal change....all very inviting. There are greenhouses and buildings to explore as well. The plantings are extensive and identified in case you liked and wanted to purchase and plant what you see here in their gardens. Don't miss the Harvest Festival in early... More

While visiting Norman Rockwell Museum, we went to the BBG as it is so close. It is quite relaxing just to wander around taking in the different aspects on offer

My partner and I happenstance upon the Berkshire Botanical Garden's Harvest Festival, and we were able to see a good portion of what this place had to offer. It's a rather large area, with greenhouse space and a lot of outdoor space. Obviously, I saw the Berkshire Botanical Garden transformed into a popular festival, so that's something to take into... Great gardens but we unknowingly came while they were setting up for a two day harvest festival! Lots of tents and vendors got in the way of our views, but what we saw makes us want to try again in the future.
