Well...what can I say. We were staying in NYC for a week (never been out of Europe) but the real treat was for my friend and I to visit YC Deerfield and stay overnight (Deerfield Inn, please see other review). We are HUGE YC fans, we have our own Facebook group dedicated to YC with over 2,000 members and we... More

My son (age 9) loved it and said he preferred these day trips to regular vacations. The kids had fun creating a wax mold of their hand ($8, not bad) and they enjoyed the candles that they made ($12). Both of my children (daughter, age 11) had a great time shopping. There were lots of interesting signs and things to... More

We brought my mom here as a surprise for her birthday. We have been here before on bus trips, but being able to take your time through the store was wonderful! We arrived just before the store opened--so it was nice when we were the only people in the store for awhile. We spend about four hours here. My husband... More

We needed a place to stretch, but we ended up spending an hour and a half and over $40 in this place. The candles were interesting, but the different themed areas were even more interesting. It even "showed" every four minutes which was pretty cool. We sampled some local sodas which were not all good, but they were all interesting.

The first time we went to Yankee Candle Flagship Store, I had a picture in my mind of what to expect; Lots of Candles and Lots of ways to show and burn them. I was right, but Wow there's alot more!!! It really is a magical place with lots to do and see. The staff are great. The food and... More

I wondered what can you do with candles ? I became speechless after seeing this. Had ask kinds of candles possibly you can think of. There is candle for every occasion. There is a king candle too which has a story but I forgot. Enjoyed the fake snow. Bought candles and some toys too. Everyone loved it. Just that the... More

So much to see & do! First, every Yankee Candle scent is available here (seasonal and specialty included). You can also make your own candle at Wax Works and wander through the Bavarian Christmas Village. Chandler's Restaurant has good food, but a little overpriced. Check the brochures available at hotels for a coupon.

I stopped here with my 12 year old daughter after visiting Magic Wings, down the street. The store is HUGE. It's a traditional New England crafty-ish shopping set-up. They have different sections/themed areas. They had the obvious giant area of Yankee Candles, all types and accessories, even make your own! They have a large Christmas themed area. Ornaments, decorations etc.... More

We've been visiting Yankee Candle since my daughter was an infant (she's now 28). It's always been a fun place. It's grown tremendously since our first visit. There's shopping for the adults and attractions and things for the kids. I wouldn't go for the food unless you plan on the adjacent restaurant Chandlers for dinner. Though the food isn't bad...
