This is one thing you should not miss if visiting Nantucket in October! Fun for the whole family and educational too.

We visited during their cranberry festival. It was fun! They had a cranberry sorting machine (photo#1), sheep (photo#2), cranberry cookies & chocolate covered cranberries to try, wagon hay rides, etc. You were able to walk into the bogs (along the roads through the bog). There were cranberry bushes (photo#3). They flood the bog to make the cranberries float for harvest... More
