Had a great time candle pin bowling for an hour with a group of four. We called ahead of time to see if there were lanes open just in case because this spot can be very popular. This is a one of a kind experience. You get to bowl in a bowling alley that has been in existence for over... More

Down an alley to the alley! We just spent 2 hours bowling - eight of us ranging in age from 10-71. It was the best family fun! There are only 8 lanes. It's like stepping back in time. The staff is friendly. It's clean. No smoking. Soda, snacks, and good draft beer on tap. We were able to reserve the... More

Tucked into an alley of the old mill village of Shelburne Falls -- now converted to artisan and foodie coops and, galleries and 2nd hand book shops as well as restaurants and the incredible Salmon Falls Gallery -- is this hierloom of old timey fun. Candlestick bowling pins and a really old timey alley. OH what an unexpected pure giggle.... More

We stopped in for some bowling on a Saturday afternoon around 2 and had the place to ourselves. The owner was SO friendly and accommodating. My kids had never bowled before and I wasn't sure if they would like it. THEY LOVED IT. It's candlepin or candlestick bowling and the little balls were perfect for them!! The place started filling... Have a drink at a cute little bar with local and friendly people while you wait for a lane. Or bowl first and then have a drink-- this place is a classic. Original wood ball returns in this 100 year old candlepin classic alley make it a great place to make memories! Do stop in and check it out. Very... More

This has to be one of the most retro experiences there is: candlepin bowling in a small alley with a few lanes hidden behind some stores in an old hill town in rural Massachusetts. Have a drink, bowl some frames, have a blast. Kids, adults, everyone will enjoy this. It does not get more wholesome than this. Great staff. Lesbian-friendly.

This candlepin bowling alley has retro written all over it... in a good way! We had a lot of fun here with another couple this past winter. We played cards and had a drink in the bar area while we waited for a lane. A very, very fun time. We will definitely go back.
