This is an excellent beach for an off road vehicle. My fiancee and I purchase an ORV sticker every year for our jeep. We find that this is the perfect spot for an off road vehicle, juist to relax, listen to some tunes and kick back with some friends. Yes, it is a little rocky in certain areas, but it... More

Great view of the sunrise and sunset. Lots of room on the beach... If you have tender feet wear shoes - there are a lot of rocks to walk over to get to the water. Water is generally frigid during most of the season.

Its a petty beach but its rocky, expensive, and there are no waves at all. Rhode island beaches are much better.

I'm not sure why the ratings for this beach are so high given the many other nice beaches in Massachusetts. With the name Sandy Neck, we assumed that it would be predominantly sand. But instead it's mostly rock, ranging from pebbles to others the size of your fist. Not only is it difficult to get an umbrella into the "sand",... More

This is a natural beach. It's windy some days. The water is North Atlantic so quite cold. Overall, it really is cape cod at its best. We went three times and because of the tides, the experience was different each time. The concession stand had good fast food. The chicken sandwich was great.

A great beach which is well looked after. Ample car parking ($15), restrooms, showers and restaurant (we recommend the fish and chips!) It is very pebbly and you do have to hunt to find a good piece of pure sand to pitch up on. (Walk as far right as you can from the car park for best sandy areas.) The... More

Stumbled upon this beach while driving around. We arrived a little after 4 pm; there was not much of a crowd. Beach is rocky with enough sandy areas to keep the kids happy and busy. Bathrooms and rinse off areas were nice. Many picnic tables if you bring food.

We wanted to try a different beach on the bay side of the Cape so we headed to Sandy Neck to check it out one evening. The sunset was awesome that evening! So we made plans to go the next day and knew the beach was very rocky. We brought chairs to use on the beach instead of planning to... More

This review is about Sandy Neck public beach, possible the private side is better...... I usually do my homework online before I take the family to a new place. In this opportunity I read mostly good comments about Sandy Neck but I was sadly surprised with my experience. We went last week on a sunny day with our SUV hoping... More

We swung by on a drive of the cape to enjoy the beach. They have great facilities and by far the best lobster rolls we had across several places on the cape. Unbelievable for a concession stand. The beach is rather rocky but seems uncrowded. Mostly locals and casual people here. Good vibe.
