This is a lovely day viewing antique cars in the round house and walking the lovely gardens. June is the month to see all the rhododendrons in bloom. There is a great "war" museum with toy soldiers and a great carousel.

A dozen or so museum-quality concept and antique cars, a restored carousel, and a tree house round out most of what you'll see with a 45-minute walk through the grounds. Some activities for the little ones plus nice flora for the elderly, and you have yourself a $15/person walk in a nice park... Be sure to go late Spring when... More

You will find some interesting Gems at the Heritage. Antique cars, an art museum and a restored antique merry go round. Don't miss the gardens and the secret grotto for the kids.

As a resident of Sandwich, I have been a few times, and the car museum is quite unique, and if you are so inclined, worth the admission. The grounds are very nice, but, if "plants and things", and antique cars are not your thing, keep on going!

Gardens excellent and beautiful place to walk around. Car museum has special exhibit that was great, but led to regular cars in collection being in storage and unavailable for viewing. I'd recommend about 3-4 hrs. to explore completely

A real gem in the heart of Sandwich. With the exquisite gardens, car display, Hidden Hollow, small art museum and carousal, something for everyone.

Whether you are looking for a peaceful, reflective walk through the gardens or you are seeking a nostalgic ride on the carousel or a visit to the car museum and art museum, Heritage offers something for everyone at whatever pace you desire. A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

On a hot summer's day it was great to meander around the car museums, the design areas, and the beautiful wooded area. This also included a wonderful tree house which made me feel young again! There was something to cater for all the family. There was even a carousel which we enjoyed using!

I had not even wanted to get off the motor coach, it was so hot outside, but the Dream Car display at the J.K. Lilly Automotive Gallery and the antique carousel drew me off. Both were delightful attractions and included in the price of admission. The gardens and garden paths were beautiful and the paths were mostly shaded. They took... More

Everything about the Heritage Museums and Gardens is appealing. The flowers bloomed in swaths of color. The fountain is unique (to me at least). We could tell by the plantings that something would be in bloom for much of the growing season. The windmill was interesting and a glimpse into the time before steam. The gardens were filled with people... More
