Teadance: THE place to start your evening and meet friends old and new. Yes, there is a cover sometimes and there might be cheaper drinks, but the view, music, and people-watching can't be beat!

We were staying nearby and on two warm days, came here in the afternoon before the tea dance started. There was no cover charge at that time in the day, and I was drinking cans of beer for around $4-5. There was a $5 charge for deckchairs, which is fine. The pool is medium/small in size, but even on warm... More

Although I have not stayed at the Boatslip, I do go there for the entertainment. The T-Dances are the highlight of the early evening in Provincetown (4-7 PM) as far as I'm concerned. Multiple bars, great bartenders, and danceable music. There are special events (after 7PM) during the week. It depends upon the theme of the week.

It is what it is... Thin walls, rooms that haven't changed in years except for flat screen tvs and wifi, nothing special or fancy! But the location can't be beaten. Tea Dance is... Still a main attraction. If you just want a place to sleep (was here for a flag football tournament) and be in the heart of ptown then... More

This cash only venue is greedy. A square can accept credit cards pretty easy. Sounds odd. Cover at $10 is absurd. Sure tenders and shirtless boys are hot. But is this really a LGBT community business or a money grab.

People go here and dump tons of cash to stand on a deck. Cash for cover..only cash for drinks. Way Way over priced. Gays herd here for a couple of hours to throw away their money and then go to other bars later and see the same people ! Tragic !

Every day from 4-7pm this LGBT hangout is host to a gorgeous view and lethal rum punch! The drinks are a bit pricey but on par with most bars in Provincetown.

The T-dance is awesome - it starts at 4 p.m. every single day and is the best dance party I've ever been to. 4th of July the place stayed open until 10 p.m. to watch the fireworks. Make sure you bring cash for drinks!

We stayed at the Boatslip because of the location. Smack dab on Commercial St, park the car, and no need to drive anywhere for the weekend. There were 3 couples, and we stayed on the second floor, oceanview, with a small balcony, and over seeing the deck. We were in the corner room, 207, and it was wonderful. The only... More

Ok. You may say I sound like a heavy drinker. But as a couple, we spent $20 to get in and $10 to $12 a drink. It adds up but it is the place to be and be seen. Great t dance, fun renting the chaise lounge during the day for sun and the food is mediocre :-)
