You cannot beat the bay view from the rooms, but the rooms themselves are average. Even after the renovation there is mold in the bathrooms.

No matter what age, race, or sexual orientation you are, the Boat Slip Tea Dance is the best! It starts early and ends early (4-7p.m.) You can come directly from the beach or all dolled up. If you're meeting friends you can hang out on the deck and enjoy the water and all of the other views:) If you want...

The BoatSlip in P-Town has SIMPLY the BEST tea dance in town! I have been going to P-Town for almost 20 years and it's a tradition that I NOT miss a tea dance! The music is AWESOME, a spacious dance floor, if you would like to enjoy a great conversation with a fabulous drink
and yet enjoy the salt water...
