I admit, I enjoy the many artist studios/galleries in town. But here you can see more history of the local art scene. Plus, this trip I took an art workshop and made two paintings myself that I'm pretty proud of!

Beautiful old wooden structure. See the old wooden staircase winding up to the top floor theater/meeting room. Interesting art work. Friendly Harbor Master and Town Clerk.

We much enjoyed the picture on display for the auction that benefits the museum. Great photo exhibit! It's a nice, airconditioned place to take a break from the crowds

The museum captures the spirit of Provincetown. It was packed with people when we walked through at 8 p.m., which shows how the town appreciates it. It's worth a visit.

We enjoyed this gem of eclectic artists who are associated with the long tradition of a thriving artist community both past and present. The gift shop was excellent and the art classes offered make a return visit even more inviting.
